Welcome to Roda Golf & Beach Resort! You've just discovered our second home, which we're delighted to make available upon request. Our property, constructed in 2022, embodies tranquillity and coziness, ensuring you experience the utmost comfort during your stay. For more information about the golf resort itself, click here.

The villa, conveniently located within walking and cycling distance from the beach and the sea, offers every luxury you could wish for on a carefree holiday. You'll find a private, heated pool measuring 8 x 3 meters and a spacious garden that guarantees both relaxation and privacy.

Inside the house, there are three generously-sized bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable double bed (160 cm) and a private bathroom.

Our south-facing garden allows you to bask in bright sunshine throughout the day, but if you prefer some shade, our terrace comes with an electric awning for your convenience. Additionally, both the living space and bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning to ensure your comfort in any season.

  By appointment, from 5pm (earlier possible if free). Someone will come by for check-in & a check of the property.

• Check-out

  In consultation, until 11 am at the latest. Someone will come by for the check-out & a check of the house.
  At check-out we ask that the bins are emptied & the dishes are completely done.

• Costs

  Normal electricity consumption is included (25kWh per rented night). Additional consumption is charged at 0.45 €/kWh, so you are free to charge your electric car or not, or to use the air conditioning day and night.
  
  Before arrival we ask for a small deposit, which will be refunded within 14 days after departure. Mandatory cleaning (€ 150) & any additional consumption of electricity will be deducted. You will also receive an overview of your consumption per day (digital meter).
